Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Endure Media. Because our services involve custom design, strategy, and development work created specifically for each client, payments made to Endure Media are generally non-refundable.
Once a project has begun and work has been started, all payments are final and non-refundable. This includes deposits, milestone payments, and full project payments.
If a client chooses to cancel a project before work has started, Endure Media may review the situation and, at its sole discretion, issue a partial refund minus any administrative or preparation costs already incurred.
If a project is delayed or paused by the client for more than 30 days without communication, Endure Media reserves the right to consider the project abandoned. In such cases, payments made will not be refunded.
Endure Media is committed to clear communication and working with clients throughout the design process to ensure the final product meets the agreed project scope. Any concerns should be communicated as soon as possible so they can be addressed during the project.
By purchasing services from Endure Media, the client acknowledges and agrees to this refund policy.
